Korean BBQ Chicken & Ribs Sauce Mix
13 cup
each ketchup, rice vinegar and soy sauce
2
racks bone-in spareribs, about 4 1/2 lb (2 kg)

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk seasoning with soy sauce, rice vinegar and ketchup. Cut ribs into serving-size portions. Wrap in foil and place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Roast in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 12—2 hours.
  2. Open foil and coat generously with sauce. Roast for an additional 20—25 minutes or finish on the BBQ over medium-high heat for 10—15 minutes.
